How do you use the Finnish sauna?

Always shower before entering the sauna to remove the annoying greasy film on the skin. Dry off well before the sauna.

Shower after the sauna session.

The guideline for health is: Once or twice a week in the sauna at three 15-minute intervals is sufficient and should not be undercut. More often is not beneficial, but it is not necessarily harmful either.

Rest & Relaxation

During the breaks in the sauna, the body can slowly cool down and move into a relaxed position. The best way to do this is to lie down on a comfortable bench and enjoy the silence.
