How do you use the Finnish sauna?
Always shower before entering the sauna to remove the oily film from your skin. Dry yourself thoroughly before entering the sauna.

As a guideline for health, one to two sauna sessions per week, each lasting three 15-minute intervals, is sufficient and should not be exceeded. More often is not beneficial, but it is not necessarily harmful either.
Recreation & Relaxation
During breaks in the sauna, your body can slowly cool down and enter a relaxed state. This is best achieved by lying down on a comfortable bench and enjoying the silence.
